NBA Weekly Preview: Week 4
Summary
The NBA is shifting towards a new era of the league.
Basketball has largely been dominated by the older veterans of the 2010’s, and the history of the game has been largely marked by the greatness of players like Lebron James and Kevin Durant.
It appears that the younger talents have finally busted through the matrix and created some opportunity for not only themselves, but their teams in the process.
Through the first three weeks of games, we have learned that drama and internal problems still plague the locker rooms, today.
With the firing of coach Steve Nash on the Brooklyn Nets, the league realizes that it is not perfect by any means.
The teams who are sticking together more as a family than ball club, are thriving more than ever.
Giannis still looks like the best player in the world, while Luka and Ja Morant closely follow.

Chicago Bulls versus New Orleans Pelicans - Wednesday, November 9th
The Chicago Bulls are looking to build off a stellar season in 2021-2022 which almost came into full form.
Injuries have been a nagging concern of the Bulls during pre-season and now. Lonzo Ball and his return to the line-up remains to be seen and once he does, the roster will feel much better overall.
DeMar Derozan and Zach Lavine are the star duo that many would desire and are going to have to lead the squad with ball handling duties in the meantime.
Bulls fans know that their time is limited, so creating an opportunity to get into the playoffs and go deep is going to be molded from doing good in the now of the regular season.
Zion Williamson and Brandon Ingram are the new duo of the NO Pelicans, hitting form with their teammates in just the right time.
What was once a squad destined for the lottery in all seasons involved, the Pelicans have rebuilt themselves into a respectable squad with some major weapons and threats on the rest of the league.
Moreover, New Orleans has a great squad with some depth that can field two solid units.
In the playoffs last year, their surprise run-into the suns was a great series, showcasing the fire and grit that the Pelicans play with.
Coach Willie Green is one of the candidates for Coach of the year and look for him to command his orchestra to a tee.
Prediction - NO Pelicans ML and the over on total points in a shootout between two talented teams.
Memphis Grizzlies versus Minnesota Timberwolves - Friday, November 11th
A battle between two of the Western Conference’s best, the Grizzlies and T-Wolves look to rematch in this first part of the regular season after a very entertaining playoff series last year.
Both of these organizations have a ton of young talent and are looking to be the future of the league within the next couple of upcoming years.
Ja Morant and Anthony Edwards is a key matchup to look out for, as these two young stars will face off to be the face of the league and their teams in the 2020’s.
Look for this game to be up tempo and fast-paced as you can get from an NBA game.
Prediction - Grizzlies money line and them to cover the spread narrowly against their cross-state rivals in Minnesota!
