Analysis

San Diego Padres @ New York Yankees - Saturday. May 27th

The San Diego Padres are currently owning the New York Yankees in their trip to the AL at the Yankee Stadium, and there seems to be more positive momentum surrounding one of the more talented teams in all of baseball.

Fernando Tatis Jr. and company are finally hitting their stride offensively, and there is only a matter of time before their other stars come back to life.

The inconsistency of the offense and pitching has brought a boat load of down time for fans and the rest of the league was put on notice.

A series to get back into their groove was much needed and securing a dub over the Yankees in this three-gamer has already proved crucial.

They look to maintain their form and get a sweep this weekend, although it will not be easy.

The NY Yankees are living in a good spot regarding their current record, but demand more from their players if they want to make a World Series run.

Aaron Judge’s squad has not been their usual dominant selves in this series, and the offense has gone blank in multiple games this week.

Like the Padres, their issues surrounding production in all parts of the lineup has been something to take a look at, and this week does not look to be making any progress in terms of progress.

They look to salvage something out of this series this Saturday.

Prediction - SD Padres moneyline and the over on total runs scored.

Los Angeles Dodgers @ Tampa Bay Rays - Sunday, May 28th

A battle between two former WS finalists who duked it out for a Championship will be taking place this weekend.

The Dodgers are finally looking like their usual selves after a month-long slump which was hugely detrimental to their morale.

The Rays are still the best team in baseball, and nothing has changed significantly from their start to the season.

In a matchup that sees a possible potential for WS odds in the near future, we will see how the Dodgers react to a well-rounded machine that is currently doing everything right on the baseball field.

Prediction - LA Dodgers +1.5 and the over on total runs scored.
