Participation - Terms and Conditions

By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:

• Entrants may be of any nationality, but must reside in Japan.

• This promotion is only available for individuals with that are 18 years old or older.

• Only 1 entrant per household will be eligible to enter the competition.

• To the extent permitted by applicable law, Stake will not be liable under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions.

Prize - Terms and Conditions

The winner will be selected by draft by Stake and will be notified via email.

This prize is personal and non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. the prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

To redeem the prize. the winner will have to agree to the following:

• Provide Stake with their personal information, including identification documents, email and other information that might be required.

• Be able to travel to the Suzuka GP circuit, all extra costs in relation to entrance to the Japan will be borne by the winner.

• Non-compliance with the above terms will be considered as a refusal to accept the prize.

The following cases will invalidate the right to win the prize:

1. When an entry from an account that could be considered fraudulent is discovered.

2. When the same person has suspicions of creating multiple accounts and entering the competition.

3. If we are unable to contact the winner by the deadline specified by Stake from the date the winner was notified.

4. If the prize cannot be delivered due to an unknown address or other reasons.

5. If we are unable to deliver the prize due to an unknown address, change of address due to relocation, or other reasons.
