Spread betting on cricket matches is also popular. Let’s take the example of an ICC match between England and Pakistan; the number of sixes scored in a day is priced at 4-5. We know that the maximum loss is five times our stake, as the lowest price that can be settled is zero sixes. Therefore, if you had placed a 10.00 bet, the most you could lose would be 50.00.
However, if England have a brilliant day and hit ten sixes, you would land a profit of 50.00.
