Toronto Blue Jays @ Baltimore Orioles - Monday, September 5th, 2022
In a division where inches could mean everything, the Toronto Blue Jays are Canada’s hope of making the 2022 playoffs.
The Jays have been streaky all season long showing weird results in inopportune times.
Although they possess some of the biggest offensive weapons within the league, the Jays have had some rough patches where they do not score runs whatsoever.
This could be seen in the weekend series against the Angels last week, an embarrassing run of games to say the least.
After gaining some separation a month ago, the Jays are back on the high horse and need to win games as soon as possible.
This series against fellow playoff chasers and rivals will be everything for the Toronto squad. They will need to emphasize consistency and good plate approach against a team like the Orioles.
Baltimore is in a great position to really shake up the MLB hierarchy with a late season push into the postseason.
There is a lot of momentum behind the low budget team and for good reason.
They take this game at home in Camden Yards which has yielded a ton of great results for them.
Look for the Orioles to push the pace on the Blue Jays and rely on their stacked defense and consistent offense to do damage.
There is all to play for in this series and the doubleheader will reflect a huge change in the standings if one takes both games.

San Francisco Giants @ Milwaukee Brewers - Thursday, September 8th, 2022
The Giants and Brewers head into a late season clash that can shake up the NL playoff race.
Although SF is technically far out of the qualifying stages, the Brewers are right in the mix and will need a set of wins to improve their chances at making things happen.
The postseason has been beloved for the Brewers in the past decade and not making it would be devastating for the fans.
This game will feature good pitching and hopefully clutch offense.
Both teams sport a great rotation and rely on their pitching to get them out of severe holes.
Brewers will want to make up for a missed series in the Bay two months ago so expect them to be on fire here.
Prediction - Brewers win the ML and -1.5 spread in the NL!
